I love potbelly sandwiches. This place was straightforward tasty and filling just like all of the other potbelly stores I've been to in the past. I wouldn't expect anything more than a quick fat/carb filled meal and diabetic coma inducing sweets lol. Service is pretty much run of the mill sub place service...get you in-get you out. Wasn't te cleanest establishment but it's not my go to potbelly spot either so it's manageable...all in all I got what I expected

I love Potbellys, but this was the worse sandwich I've had. The bread was soggy on the top, the meat was in a heap on one side of the sandwich, one side was dripping mayo and the other side was dry as a bone. Also didn't appreciate the plastic water cup they gave me. Prolly won't come back to this location...and why isn't there Wi-Fi...this should be standard in restaurants!! Super disappointing!! :-(

Worst manager of the year goes to theist managing this place! Ordered a larger order, during ordering the food at the place the manager was rude and telling us that we should have ordered online and not to come in there with a large order to be made then and there. They forgot to put one of he sandwiches in the bag and when we called for them to deliver the one they forgot the manager yelled at us on the phone and said they wouldn't do it and we would have to come pick it up. At this point I was afraid of hem spitting in our sandwhich so I said no.

I had heard so much about this and so had to try it when there. They do have an interetsing array fo sandwhiches and fires which are a much try I did find things a little pricey and ended up paying around $10 for each meal (just sandwhich)

I ordered the train wreck sandwich, it was very good and tasty, portion was good. This place is a lot better then subway and the prices are reasonable.

I grew up on subs, wedges, hero sandwiches and all the other aliases. So I was pretty excited when this place opened on Orchard Lake Road. Let me sum up my observations. It turned out to be a chain and likely a franchise operation. The sandwiches are overpriced, under-stuffed and low quality. As much as I hate to say it, even Subway offers better value and quality. I wish there was a real Italian Deli somewhere nearby. Oh to have real Italian cold cuts with fresh salad served on freshly baked Italian bread. You won't find this at Potbelly.

The boxed lunches from the Potbelly's near my desk job remains the reason for my fitness club membership. How can I turn down a sandwich with ham, cheese, turkey, salami and hot peppers? Add in a fattening chocolate chip cookie, greasy bag of chips and some macaroni salad? You bet. I have nothing better to do than spend an hour at the gym each night. (No really, I have no life) It's healthy though... not only did the sub have vegetables, it came with a side salad. So what the macaroni salad is only a salad because it is covered in mayo. That's how we roll in America. Cover any of the following in mayo : tuna, chicken, egg, noodles, and you've got yourself a health food.

This is the first Potbelly Shop that I've tried and I'm already hooked. Reasonably priced for delicious food. Absolutely LOVE their pickles, and while I'm not usually a hot peppers fan, theirs are addicting. Last time I walked in there was live music, and it was great to listen to while waiting for my sandwich to be up. I also tried their flatbread "flats" for the first time, and I like it better than the regular bread. It's a great addition to their options. The only negative side can be the wait. They seem to always be busy, and don't seem to have enough staff to accommodate that. When they do have enough staff though, it seems like they're waiting on the grillers to be done to get the sandwiches out in reasonable time. No complaints though, just don't be in a rush!

Always disappoints! Remember when Potbelly used to be a cool place to go for lunch... not anymore, at least not here! Every week this location has a new manager. The help is always irritated and the service reflects it. It's a sandwich shop, why should it take 10-15 minutes to get through the line. About after 6 months I try to give them another chance, and the trend continues! Do yourself a favor and skip the annoyance of this place!!

Made the stop here before enjoying a cigar at Churchills in West Bloomfield. I've had Potbelly's quite a few times and every time, it hits the spot for what it is. It's a quick meal that isn't overly unique. I'd much rather come here than Subway or Tubby's. BLAH! I've mostly had the Italian sub or when I feel healthy, the A Wreck Salad. If you are in pinch and need something besides McDonald's, certainly don't hesitate to pop in and give it a whirl.

Good food to run for when on break. Service usually sucks though. A smile gets you a long way and I could do without the snarky remarks. Such as telling me that im early and will have to wait for my food to be done. Clearly they are not used to people being punctual.

Plausible sandwiches, but Subway and Quiznos are better.

I agree that the sandwiches are overpriced and understuffed but.. they are very delicious.. especially with the hot peppers they use.. The secret about potbelly though is how amazing their cookies are. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookie simply falls apart and melts in your mouth. You can even buy two cookies and they'll make the most awesome ice cream sandwich for you. My friend and I make an ice cream sandwich with a brownie cookie and a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and I thought I was in heaven.
